Honey Drizzled Butternut Squash

Preheat oven to 400


  • 1 Butternut Squash

  • 8 tbsp. Butter or Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 4 tbsp. Honey or more if wanted

  • Salt to taste


Cut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the guts. Next cut into 8 even pieces and lay, skin side down, on foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil or place butter on squash. Sprinkle salt Bake squash for about 25 to 30 mins or until soft. Remove from oven and drizzle honey over top (about 1/2 tbsp per piece)
