Quick Balsamic Dressing


  • 1/4 cp. Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1/4 onion (yellow, white, red, shallots etc.) diced

  • 1-3 garlic cloves diced or minced

  • Fresh cracked black pepper

  • 1 tsp. fresh rosemary (or 1/2 tsp dried)

  • Salt to taste (optional)


In a small bowl mash together diced onion, garlic, rosemary and black pepper. Pour vinegar over and let sit for 15-20 minutes to allow flavors to marry. For a subtler taste vinegar mixture can be (vigorously) whisked together with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 part vinegar to 3 parts olive oil) until thoroughly combined, season with salt as needed
